Often we come across the question: is royal jelly good for humans? As much as it can be an excellent food for honey bees this doesn’t have to mean that it is good for humans too.
Multiple sources state that royal jelly is approximately 68% water, 13% raw protein, 11% sugar, and 5% fatty acids. What remains is a combination of minerals, vitamins, and enzymes. These are very common substances that are not characteristic only to royal jelly. This means that there is not anything special that can help dramatically regarding your health. It will not cure cancer or help with terrible d iseases.
Royal jelly is mostly used for producing anti-aging beauty products. People sometimes eat it as well, but this is not highly recommended.
People pay a lot of money to get a small amount of royal jelly. Unfortunately, it will not help as much as people wish. It is not a miraculous product. It is better to leave it to the bees. For them, it really is necessary, helpful and miraculous!
